Cost depends on your address and how many modules are coming, so we confirm it with you before dispatch. When stock is on the floor it’s 7–10 working days nationwide. Free inside Palmerston North on orders over $2,000.
Our crew carries the sofa and chaise in separately, sets them together where you want them and takes every scrap of packaging away. Tell us your narrowest doorway when you order — the sofa section is 184 cm and the chaise 104 cm.
Unused, in its original packaging, with your receipt. Change-of-mind returns may attract a restocking and freight charge; anything faulty is always covered, and your Consumer Guarantees Act rights apply on top.
Keeping it looking new
Vacuum weekly with the upholstery head — grit is what wears chenille, not sitting on it.
Blot spills immediately with a clean dry cloth. Never rub — it pushes liquid into the pile.
Rotate and plump the seat and back cushions fortnightly so one favourite spot doesn’t flatten.
Keep it out of direct sun and away from heat pumps — both fade and dry out fabric over time.
For a deep clean use a professional upholstery cleaner. Don’t machine-wash the covers even though they unzip.
What the warranty covers
One year from the invoice date, covering the frame, foam, springs and stitching against structural or manufacturing faults. Keep your receipt — it’s your proof of purchase date.
Not covered: fair wear and tear, fading from sunlight, pet damage, staining, or commercial use. The optional 5-year fabric protection plan covers accidental staining separately.

Can I see the fabric in person?
Every fabric we sell has a swatch on the counter in both showrooms. Bring a cushion or paint chip from home and compare it in daylight.
How long does delivery take?
When stock is on the floor it’s 7–10 working days nationwide. Delivery is quoted per order once we have your address.
Do you assemble it?
Most lounge and bedroom pieces arrive ready to use. Flat-packed items can be assembled in the room — tick in-room assembly when you order.
What if I change my mind?
You have 7 days from delivery. Items need to be unused, in original packaging, with your receipt. Anything faulty is always covered.
What does the warranty cover?

Can I pay weekly or on finance?
Yes — Afterpay, Laybuy, Zip, Genoapay, Gem Visa, Q Card and in-store finance. Card payments are processed securely through Windcave.
Do you accept WINZ quotes?
We do. Bring your WINZ or MSD reference into either showroom and we’ll write the quote the same day.
Can you hold it on layby?
In-store layby holds any in-stock piece for up to 12 weeks with a 20% deposit.
Can I sit on it before I buy?
Most pieces are on the floor in Palmerston North or Hawera. Call ahead and we’ll tell you where it’s on display.
