The Cali is the suite we import for ourselves — 288 cm across with a 104 cm chaise, upholstered in Cali Glamour chenille. It is the one people sit on in the showroom and then stop looking. The chaise sits left or right, so it works against a wall or floating in an open-plan room.
Under the fabric is a kiln-dried hardwood frame, pocket springs beneath high-density foam, and a 47 cm seat height that suits taller frames. Feather-blend scatter backs and dual-density seat cushions hold their shape instead of flattening into the corner everyone favours.

Cost depends on your address and how many pieces are coming, so we confirm it with you before dispatch. When stock is on the floor it’s 7–10 working days nationwide. Free inside Palmerston North on orders over $2,000.
Our crew carries the sofa and chaise in separately, sets them together where you want them and takes every scrap of packaging away. Tell us your narrowest doorway when you order.
Unused, in its original packaging, with your receipt. Change-of-mind returns may attract a restocking and freight charge; anything faulty is always covered, and your Consumer Guarantees Act rights apply on top.
Vacuum weekly with the upholstery head — grit is what wears chenille, not sitting on it.
Blot spills immediately with a clean dry cloth. Never rub — it pushes liquid into the pile.
Rotate and plump the seat and back cushions fortnightly so one favourite spot does not flatten.
Keep it out of direct sun and away from heat pumps — both fade and dry out fabric over time.
For a deep clean use a professional upholstery cleaner. Do not machine-wash the covers even though they unzip.
From the invoice date, covering the frame, foam, springs, stitching and the recliner motors against structural or manufacturing faults. Fair wear and tear, misuse and commercial use are not covered. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act apply on top of ours.

The chaise separates from the sofa section, so the biggest single piece through the door is 184 cm long by 98 cm deep. Measure your narrowest doorway and tell us when you order — if it’s tight the crew will bring both pieces in separately and set them together in the room.
The Cali is built left-chaise or right-chaise, so choose the side when you order. Both are on the floor in Palmerston North if you want to stand in front of them before deciding.
A heavy chenille with a soft slub, rated to 40,000 rubs — well above what a family lounge needs. It comes in three colourways: Fifty Shades is a warm light grey, Licorice a deep charcoal, and Sage a soft olive green. Swatches are on the counter in both showrooms.
Powered. Each outer seat has its own button pad on the arm with a USB port beside it, so you can charge a phone while the footrest is up. Plug it into any standard wall socket — no transformer box to hide.
Three separate spaces: the chaise lifts on gas struts for bedding or spare cushions, both arms open as lidded consoles, and the centre back folds down into a tray with two cup holders.
